How to change the perception on a city ?
Photography exhibition « Les Mureaux Naturellement », city of more than 30 000 inhabitants near Paris in France.
I realized these photos specifically for the project » Les Mureaux Naturellement « .
The city hall, interested by the book I show them on Barcelona, call me to brings a new and artistic vision showing other facets of this municipality in particular one of the main advantages of his territory: the nature presents to the heart and around this urban area of more than 30 000 inhabitants.
To emphasize the work, photos were printed in very large format to cover the bulletin boards of 4mx3m situated through the city of Les Mureaux, near Paris. This scenography allowed the inhabitants to rediscover their city under a different angle.
The people driving through the city as well as the inhabitants noticed that this territory of Yvelines district had unsuspected potential.
Rare are the ones who knew the peculiarity of the municipality of Les Mureaux among which 50 % of its territory is in green spaces.
The numerous parks, the Seine river, the wood of Verneuil and its boating center make a city pleasant to live, close to Paris (25 mins from Porte Maillot by car, 40 mins from the station ST LAZARRE by train) and near the Regional Park of Vexin.
Numerous companies are implanted there, for some for a very long time. Other advantages, the geographical situation of Mureaux with the western highway ( A13) allowing a fast access towards Paris or Normandy.
